UW in India

UW in India students with guru
This is a program for students who are eager to depart from their comfort zone, conduct research on a topic that inspires them, and learn about the rich traditions and cultures of India. The heart of the program is a self-designed directed field study, a chance to research a topic in-depth. Students also take classes in Hindi and pursue a tutorial under the mentorship of a guru. Academically administered by the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the UW in India program is open to students from all academic institutions.
